I spent an idyllic day at Camp Liahona Redwoods where I:
Hiked along (and in) the river.
Dug my toes into the sand.
Caught up on my journal.
Made nature jewelry.
Watched my reflection in the water.
Let my pants dry on a rock. What, then, was I wearing? One of the perks of being alone in nature.
Stared at the sky.
Visited a very, very old tree.
Walked on a suspension bridge.
And soaked up every moment of the wilderness at dusk.
Thanks to sweet Elder and Sister Pemberton who hosted me and let me stay the night in their cabin.
And bonus points for the refreshing hibiscus tea!
