I've mentioned Alisa Snell's "It's Not You, It's Your Technique" website and books. Though her website may seem a little light, I think the information she offers gets to the heart of a lot of what's going on with singles. She has a ton of experience (personal and professional). She's hosting a "convention" for singles in Utah on January 29th and I don't think it will be a glorified singles' conference. It's actually about dating, how to treat each other well and overcome fears, poor communication and mental blocks we may not even know we have. It's not you, it's your technique - that's her point.
To register for the convention go here. You can also sign up for one-on-one counseling on the phone or in person. Have a great day! Liz
