A bad picture but good news

Sorry to offend your aesthetic senses with this
poorly taken photo, but...

1. It's taken with my phone from the office window where I am now employed! I'm planning races and special events for the city...and I love it (yay!).
2. This also shows how rainy it is here. Rain, rain, rain. What's awesome about this is that it isn't snow. The end.

Happy Monday, friends.

  1. Heather, I'm so so happy for you! This job sounds perfect for you and they'll be very lucky to have you on staff. You'll be able to discuss things at the 30,000 foot level and take them right back down to the critical details. You'll bring major synergy to that office, help them think win-win and have instant success picking low hanging fruit. Having you there will be a major paradigm shift for the entire institution. Very enthused for you!!

  2. Oh my...I've never read so many business-talk cliches in one paragraph. Ha!! I'm dying. You've learned so much out there in the business world.

  3. Yes! Tell them you need some time off to come see me. And, by the way, Liz is right about this one. That's what they want to see up there in corporate!
