Name that recipe (and tune)

Mama, sista, and myself decided to make an autumn treat a couple of nights ago. We all have an unfortunate allergy to gluten and my mom and I try to stay away from processed sugar generally...so coming up with a satisfying dessert can be a tad tricky.
But, we did it and it was delish.

We whipped up an apple crisp with these six ingredients and
eyeballed measurements:
couple cups of oats
cup or so of gluten free flour
1/2 cup butter
cinnamon to taste
pure maple syrup to taste
cake pan full of sliced apples (picked at a local orchard)

Baked at 350 for 30 (ish) minutes.
Topped with whipping cream sweetened with maple syrup and an accidental dose of maple flavoring that turned out to be amazing (I thought it was vanilla).

p.s. Later that night my dad played DJ Jazzy Doug and quizzed us for over an hour on the names of musicians on his Ipod. I think he's happy that thanks to him we are all familiar with the likes of Creedence Clearwater, Dr. Hook, Three Dog Night, Cat Stevens, Neil Diamond, Simon & Garfunkel, the Turtles, etc. Thanks to Daddy D for excellent taste in music!
