Favorite Books Part II – 3 Great Quotes

1. To God there is nothing small. The moment we have given it to God, it becomes infinite.

2. There is a terrible hunger for love. We all experience that in our lives - the pain, the loneliness. We must have the courage to recognize it. The poor you may have right in your own family. Find them. Love them. Put your love for them in living action. For in loving them, you are loving God Himself.

3. Mother Teresa came across a man one night who had what looked like a bundle of sticks under his shirt. The man revealed a starving, blind child. He asked Mother Teresa to take the child. She was unsure what to do as she had nowhere to put an abandoned child at the time. The man told her if she refused he was sure that the jackals [would] not turn up their noses up at him. Mother Teresa said, My heart freezes. The poor child! Weak, and blind – totally blind. With much piety and love I take the little one into my arms, and fold him in my apron. The child has found a second mother.
